We know that selling a home is one of the most important transactions a family can make. Although, residential design is our primary business, many clients have called on us to style their home and we have been successfully helping families market their home for years. By working closely with our clients, real estate agents, and financial institutions we are able to objectively and accurately gauge current market conditions and properly stage each home for sale. Staged homes sell for more money in a shorter amount of time than homes that aren’t staged.
We focus on the positive features of the home and are committed to our maxim, “Clean, simple and elegant”. The purpose of staging is to maximize the value of your property at sale. We achieve this goal by creating a warm, comfortable, sophisticated environment that will appeal to a more upscale buyer ready to purchase.

ART SELECTION
Art has the power to transform a space. LWD has built over the years a base of knowledge, which is available to all clients to help direct a beginning collector as well as the most seasoned. Leslie served as a Docent for many years at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and was an active member on the Board of Docents. With this experience LWD has developed connections to emerging artists as well as the most established. Art chosen for the home is a very personal experience, we offer knowledge and places where clients can find unique pieces to expand their own knowledge and tastes. When a client is looking to develop a personal collection or just one special piece we offer direction and educated guidance, we meet the needs of the most discerning client. We look at art as a reflection of the soul.
ANTIQUE SELECTION
Whatever style, age, or period, including European, Asian or "industrial," LWD has resources which offer the finest quality, hard to find antique collectibles from around the world. We have connections to dealers, with access to shops and warehouses around the country where we are able to find just the right piece for our clients.
